Frame and Form

It all started a year ago. Tired of eating polvorones this web began to take shape as a need for expression, as an analytical exercise, as an excuse to spend time with a passion. The structural design is the engine of this project and its aim is to publicize.

In this first year the project has been taking shape, from a simple 'personal blog' on ideas and illusions until a means of communication with a team of professionals who enjoys expressing his concerns with the readers that this first year have left more than 19.000 views along the way and that motivate us to continue improving.

In this process of growth and definition that next year we hope will allow us to remain faithful to our principles and illusions. Now I want to share with you a short list of ideas, desires and intentions for the year 2010:

1. We Structural Designers. We love the structures, we are curious, we like to dissect the most everyday things and understand more complex. We like to simplify the concepts and expand knowledge by linking different sources. We'll highlight, for our readers, how important and smart.

2. As we motor dealer.Do not try to be what people want us to be. Not announced. In the kill. We can write as well as. We have no hidden motives. We just love this and try to share with our readers.

3. Always positive. We will try to highlight the designs and concepts that excite us, not depress us. There is enough negative criticism out there, offer a compelling, positive. Criticism is important, but we prefer to emphasize the excellence and not mediocrity, is much more fun.

4. Bother,. We do not pretend to know everything, even on what we write. We know the vast amount of ignorance we accumulate and that is the most important reason for further research and writing articles a year.

5. We are attractive and accessible. We want you to feel good when you read our articles. We write so that it is easy to read and understand. We want to reinforce the graphical view of the articles tending the photographic and audiovisual content. (sometimes) We like to make it fun to laugh and irreverent in our articles in order to dramatize the technical or scientific side of the world of structural design. Never fall into the banal or profane.

6. We learn from our Readers. We relate our items with as many sources as possible so that each one choose the amount of information you want on a topic. Choosing good and not skimping on links to enrich our products while accelerating their reading and optimize its synthesis. We want and enjoy the cooperation of our readers.

7. Blog 2.0 Comments, Proposals and Collaborations! We hope that 2010 bring us more interaction with our readers and structural design continue to give joy to us all.
