The recently opened Metz Pompidou Centre opened in May last culminating almost 7 years of development and construction of this ambitious project. Studies Shigeru Ban and John Gastine joined forces with the structural designers Arup in order to make possible the joint vision of most important cultural center Northern France.

Evolver is an artifact-observatory involved in the Alpine landscape Zermatt , Switzerland. In an attempt to maximize the advantageous location and its breathtaking views, The project sits strategically at the lake Stelli at an altitude of 2,536 m.

The piece has been designed and built by satudents from ALICE, Swiss architecture laboratory dependent from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lusanne…

Following the series of short articles on wood structural performances, we present this bird observatory on the river Ebro. Unlike other observatories such as the ornithological Graswarder, This viewpoint is not erected as a tower but it adapts to the rugged terrain on the banks of the river Ebro in bold extending cantilever.

The headquarters of Jurassic Museum of Asturias (MUJA), is located in an exceptional site on the Cantabrian coast in the municipality of Asturias Colunga. Designed by architect Rufino Uribelarrea, The museum opened in 2004.
